Animal Waste Clean Up

Accumulations of animal waste (feces, urine, droppings) can be a problem. Waste from birds and mammals is often unsightly, unsanitary, and unhealthy. Some can pose a serious health threat to humans, including a variety of bacterial, fungal, viral, and protozoal diseases. Large accumulations, especially in enclosed spaces (attics, ceilings) should be considered hazardous material. Common scenarios include raccoon latrines (toilet areas) in attics/crawl spaces; build-up of bat guano in attics and under covered entryways to homes; and pigeon droppings in gutters/attics, or flat roofs, in/around HVAC units, etc.
